Convert Garage into Living Space

MasterFix was commissioned to convert part of a garage into a room, additionally, the client wanted a hallway to give access from the house to the new room and an existing toilet.

Works Required:

• Construct stud wall for new room and hallway
• Build a built-in wardrobe
• Drywall and plastering of all stud walls
• Install 2 doors and replace the bathroom door
• Install all skirting and architrave
• Install cornice in new room and hallway
• Upgrade 2 windows
• Install Wainscoting in the hallway
• Install new flooring in the hallway
• Paint ceilings and walls
• Paint all woodwork
• Install all door furniture.
