Driveway and concrete renovation painting
Our client had engaged a contractor to paint the driveway, garage floor and external concrete, but was not happy with their work ethics and finish. We inspected the job and found that they had not properly prepared the surface and had tried to apply a water-based paint to an original oil-based paint. A light pressure wash clean lifted the paint they had applied.
Works Required:
- Power wash removal of all poorly applied paint, and thoroughly clean the surface
- Apply hyrocloric acid to etch the surface
- Applied PSR to aid adhesion
- Apply sealer and 2 coats of concrete paint.
- Clean and clear site
Works completed August 2024.
